Pandan Cheesy Pandesal

I thought I will never order again, but I was wrong, my taste bud telling me to set up another ube cheese pandesal.

I could say this is the best ube cheese pandesal I have ever tried.

Super soft, chewy and most of all super yummy.

And the best news is, they have this new PANDAN Cheese. Exceptionally delicious too, same texture with their ube cheese.

My brother and sisters surely enjoyed their pandesal as well.

I have one more task, to send these awesome pandesal to my mom (nuvali laguna). I know she really desired to taste this incredible pandesal 😊.

Yes, definitely I will order once more. Wala akong masabi kundi ANG SARAP promise!

Ube Cheese Pandesal

This is my 2nd review during ECQ, the soft chewy ube-cheese pandesal.

I don’t know about you, but in my family, we live through a lot of bread. It gets toasted at breakfast and merienda time (my Riley eats it ALL THE TIME really). We even eat it with our dinner, garlic buttered and served as sort of a side dish for the pasta or noodles. 

Some groceries in our area have a minimum number of bread to buy others don't have stocks/no delivery so far. We, as a bread eater family, we miss the all time favorites of Filipinos the "PANDESAL". Hence I searched for a bakery that can deliver to our place, and this search discovered the ube by cheese pandesal. 

This is fresh to me because we never tasted ube cheese pandesal before and I am wondering what will be like.

So I messaged thru their FB page and after placing my order and paid, I'll wait for 2 days for me to receive my order, this is ascribable to volume of orders they receive every day.  Well, I think the bread tastes good,  that people are willing to wait for this pandesal.

On their FB page, they have the order form for every day reservation, you will fill up the form to book your order. Payment can be sent thru Gcash or BDO.

It can be pick up to their place or they can OR you can arrange pick up via grab, lalamove or angkas. Then pay the rider for delivery fee. 

For me, I was the one who booked for the pick up. 

Finally, here's it is! 

The ubelicious-chessilious pandesal. This one holds a soft, fluffy texture and a flavor that’s perfectly balanced (Ube-Cheese).

You may heat it for 3 minutes, if you have oven toaster, and smell the freshness, my little boy said woah it's purple bread 😂😂.

Ube-Cheese Pandesal with Hot choco or coffee are the best combo to set off your morning and your afternoon delight.

I hope they make malunggay-cheese pandesal soon.

Mr. Gulay and his Fresh and Affordable Veggies!

Going to the supermarket every week to buy vegetables is quite tiring during ECQ, at the same time it can be unsafe.

That is why, I am so glad  to discovered Mr. Gulay page. At first, I was so hesitant to order, because I am not certain if the veggies are fresh.

Last week, I was really craving to eat chicharo, so I settled to place my order.

Placing an order is super easy, just fill up the form, choose the veggies you want to order and submit the form, then after a minute you will receive an email confirming your order.

You will then receive a text or call for the total amount you need to pay. You can either choose to send payment via BDO or BPI online. 

Next day they will deliver the goods! And to my surprise the veggies are all FRESH and it's very affordable considering the freshness and the sizes of the veggies compared to supermarkets. 

 








With the achieved transaction with Mr. Gulay, I've ordered again for my brother in-law.

Cafe/Food Review: Olivia's Concept Cafe's Tex Mex Herbed Thin Crust Pizza

 

It has been weeks since we ate a healthy food. I would say living in an empty new condo is not easy, of course buying new appliances then installing it, is a wallet hold-up. 

We've been eating out and ordering from different resto and fast food chains for a week and I believe our stomachs want to yell at us and tell us to please eat healthy. While waiting for our conveniences and other stuff to be delivered, we ought to order food again.

And this time we wanted to order healthy food. There is this new cafe name Olivia's Concept Cafe an elevator down away from us and we wanted to try it since last week.  And so, after getting a gate pass and work permit for our things from the admin office, my eyes caught the menu of the said cafe and I immediately asked the admin staff if I can snatch the brochure and she says yes to me.

While scanning the menu, I found it very different, as the name of each course were not familiar to me.

While ordering I asked them what was their Best-seller Pizza and the lady gladly told me about their Tex Mex and Mushroom Medley Truffle.

Hence we've chosen the Tex Mex Herbed Thin Crust Pizza and we added 2 orders of Grilled Chicken Walnut Pesto.

Customer Service Rating: 8.5/10

 ✔️The ordering transaction is smoother because the lady is very approachable and she answered all my queries and what the best thing about it, our food delivered by a nice lady at our doorstep (awesome, I don't need to go to lobby to pick it up).

✔️To our surprise the pizza looks healthy, smell and taste amazing. It's like a thin taco pizza. I love the combi of mango, tomatoes and cheese, it's felt like eating tacos, nacho and pizza at the same time. Hmm. It's definitely a must try!!!

Sorry, we really hungry! we immediately dig it, ang sarap! 

And for the pesto, this is the first time that my eldest son finishes his pasta meal, absolutely he enjoyed it. (sorry no pictures of the pasta, try to order the pesto again)

My husband even told me that the food is great and healthy.

✔️  Can deliver at our own doorstep or just a quick ride and button away from us.

Hopefully will try to dine in soon so we can feel the ambience and cozy look of the cafe, just like I say its just an elevator down from us. But I do believe they deliver from other homes.

For selfish reasons I wasn't going to put up a review, because I want this place to remain hidden! (Hihihi) But that would be unfair to the amazing girl that owns the shop/spa! 

The shop isn't the most luxe or classy spa ambient compared to other known spa or shop. There are no white robes or uniformed ladies, but it has still been a nice and glamorous setting. Withal, this shop caught my interest for so many grounds: 

1. The aura of her shop is really relaxing. It feels comfortable, and there's no rushing. The room is clean, cute and very peaceful. 

2. It's truly a very sensible rates for both products and services. 

3.  She is very compassionate to her clients and will not press you to avail her products, but only recommends treatments and products that will help. 

4.  The skin care lines she carries are very effective for skin. 

Extra: Her shop's mirrors are nice. I look sexy and gorgeous whenever I'm there(hahaha) 

     this one is me!
